Agreement to Terms.By accessing or using Streakit (“the App”), operated by Viriya Phlok, Belgium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The Service.Streakit lets you track personal habits and goals (“counters”) as daily or weekly streaks, optionally share them with friends you add within the app, and view your progress over time. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Your Account.You sign in via Auth0, our authentication provider. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your Content.You retain ownership of the habit labels, goals, and other content you enter. Making a counter public shares it with your friends within the app. Don't enter sensitive information you don't want visible in that context.
Data Controller. Viriya Phlok, based in Belgium, is the data controller for personal data processed by Streakit. Contact: viriya.phlok@vpinnovation.be.
What We Collect.
We don't collect payment, location, or device-tracking data, and we don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Auth0 sets one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No consent banner is required for that.
Why We Process It.To provide the App's core functionality: authenticate you, save your habits, show your progress, connect you with friends. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (these Terms).
Who We Share It With. We use Auth0 (Okta, Inc.) as our authentication processor. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party, and we never will.
Data Retention. We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, counters, and friend connections.
Your Rights (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email viriya.phlok@vpinnovation.be to exercise any of these rights. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes. We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the update.
